Terms of sale

1. Seller

The seller of the digital materials on this site is Dr Violina Volkova: VIOLINA VOLKOVA, NIF/NIE Y9599022D, address: Via Augusta 134, 08006 Barcelona, e-mail: hello@femedology.violina.es.

2. What you are buying

Original educational materials on women’s health in PDF format (guides and guide bundles). This is not a medical service: the materials do not diagnose and do not replace a consultation with a doctor.

The PDF language is stated on the guide page. If a guide is not yet available in the page language, you receive it in Russian — this is stated before payment.

3. Price and payment

  • Prices are in euros. The price is final.
  • Payment is by card and other methods in Stripe’s secure form. Only Stripe sees your card details.
  • The contract is concluded once the payment is confirmed. The order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you gave.
  • The payment receipt comes from Stripe; you can request an invoice (factura) at hello@femedology.violina.es.
  • You must be 18 or older to buy materials or book a consultation.

4. Delivery

  • Right after the payment is confirmed we send an e-mail with download links. The links in the e-mail are valid for 7 days.
  • Purchased materials are always available in your account: sign in with the same e-mail and the account gives you a fresh link.
  • If the e-mail has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder or write to us and we will send it again.

5. Right of withdrawal (desistimiento)

When buying at a distance, a consumer usually has 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right is lost once supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right (Art. 103(m) of the Spanish consumer protection law — TRLGDCU, Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). That is why we ask you to tick a box before paying: you ask for access right after payment and confirm that you cannot withdraw from the purchase after that.

The order cannot be paid without this tick. The order e-mail confirms your consent.

6. If something goes wrong

  • If the file does not open, is damaged or you received the wrong material, write to hello@femedology.violina.es or to support on Telegram: we will replace the file and, if that cannot be fixed, refund you.
  • Paid twice by mistake — we refund the extra payment.
  • Refunds are made by the same method you paid with, within 14 days of agreeing them with you. Your legal guarantees for digital content that does not conform to the contract remain in any case.

7. How you may use the materials

  • The materials are for personal, non-commercial use. You may download, keep and print them for yourself.
  • You may not resell, publish or forward the files to others, or present the content as your own. Copyright belongs to Dr Violina Volkova.

8. Liability

The materials are educational and were prepared by a doctor on the basis of evidence-based medicine as of their version date. They do not take your individual health into account and do not replace a personal consultation. Make decisions about diagnosis and treatment together with your doctor.

9. Questions and complaints

Write to hello@femedology.violina.es — we reply within 14 days, usually sooner. Official complaint forms are available to consumers (hojas oficiales de queja/reclamación/denuncia) — ask for them by e-mail. You can also contact the Agència Catalana del Consum or the consumer protection office where you live.

Spanish law applies to the contract. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection given by the laws of your country of residence or your right to go to court where you live.

10. Changes to these terms

Your order is governed by the terms in force when you paid. We publish new versions on this page with the date at the top.

11. Consultations with the doctor

Consultations are given by a doctor registered with the Col·legi Oficial de Metges de Barcelona (COMB), under Spanish law. An online consultation does not replace in-person care in your country; prescriptions are issued only within the Spanish healthcare system.

  • Online consultation — €100, 20 min
  • Consultation at the clinic (Via Augusta 134, 08006 Barcelona) — €130, 20 min
  • Pelvic ultrasound (same address) — €110, 10 min
  • The price is final; payment as agreed with the administrator when booking.

Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before the appointment is charged in full. If you cannot come because of your period or force majeure, let the administrator know and we will reschedule.
